You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law; harass, abuse, or harm another person; distribute malware or spam; impersonate any person or entity; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
You retain ownership of the messages and content you send. You grant Amity a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., delivering messages to other members of a conversation).
Group owners and members may create channels and invite others. Amity is not responsible for content shared within groups you join and reserves the right to remove content or suspend groups that violate these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
